I was wondering does Armor Games plan on becoming their own Gaming company? Because when I get into collage I wanted to Major in game designing and I have some really great game ideas to help them out. Also I was thinking how would and Sonic RPG fit here there aren't many around anymore.

AG is making their own games. No, it is not consoles, but they are still a game making company.
As for the Sonic RPG, there would be a problem with copyright issues.

AG is a flash gaming company. As far as I remember, Dan has no plans on moving away from Flash as a platform. Such speculation can only be for the distant future. Flash gaming is still gaming, albeit more casual. A Sonic RPG by AG is a bad idea, since Sonic is copyrighted and owned by Sega.

I bet if this action is to be taken in the future, it would be done as a 'sister company'... this way both the Flash Gaming part of AG and the Console Gaming part of AG would have a similar way of becoming successful!

And I have to agree on the Sonic RPG suggestion... if you want this to become real, you should present your ideas on it to SEGA, since they have the copyrights to the game and name of Sonic... making it yourself would only mean that you could enjoy it when you are behind bars for committing a crime...

Well... the problem is that when someone has a good idea it's fine as long as it stays an idea... but as soon as the factor 'money-money-mooooney' comes along, it means an almost instant popping up of the word copyright!
And that always kills a lot of really great ideas in the process of creating them...

As for the 'twin-sister-companies', I think that is the course AG will follow, IF they were to follow such a course... all depends on what Dan's ideas for the future of Armor Games are... =)

It'd be weird if AG made a Wii game. An iPhone app is enough.

It would be a shame if AG shut down due to copyright infringement.
Dan has no plans on moving away from Flash as a platform.

He'd have to get new staff for that too. Learning a new game language takes a long time, especially on other hardware.

I think AG has enough on its hands making Flash games. It's a middle company, not too big, and its staff is limited.
