Go to his profile, press the white button with the silhouette of head and shoulders with a little green + on it saying "add friend". If you cannot find your friend, ask your friend to tell him your username, then type it into the armorgames.com/user/name here-url. There is currently no way to search for users without approximately knowing their name.
