so im sitting here playing my bongos and all of asudden my right ring finger starts hurting.... really bad. its like i can see the black vein on the second joint down from the nail and its kinda gross..... what the hell?
When I broke my fingers, same thing happened to me. In my case, the joint pinched the vein and tore it. It hurt for a few days, just a dull throbbing pain. I iced it and it'll go away after a few days.
If it seriously worries you though, ask Strop. He's a doctor, and you don't have to pay him.
