How do the post-it note people get the glue to stick to the post-it notes

I really don't know. This is an interesting question...

They would probably put a strip of glue on each of piece of paper and then stick them together. It would be done by a machine...

I never thought of this before...

what i mean is how does the glue stay on the post-it note without coming off because when you put a post-it note onto something it peels off easily but stays on the note even paper.

Do a little reading and maybe some of your own research before asking. As far as I remember, the adhesive used for the notes itself is the one which gives it such properties.

The question i want an answer to is:how does the glue stay on the post-it note when that type of glue peels off of paper?not who invented it
