Yes, that is getting off-topic. Like when somebody's talking about science, then a guy pops in a starts saying, "What's your favorite band?"

Being off-topic is considered spam. 7 words or more. It still is considered at spam. Because the post is not contributing to the main topic.

So the entire 'Count to 100' thread is spam. None of the conversations can really be considered to be about the thread, and just posting a number is spam anyway. So yea...

No, they can have conversations about anything in it. As long that it is not spam. Because there isn't really a way to contribute to the topic. You are right, just posting a number is spam.

Ah. Then my opinion has changed. While I still find it to be a useless thread, I will admit it is not necessarily spam.

They used to feed mine when I got solid 9.5/10's from everyone now they just let me know I have friends.
