Are there any Metallica fans out there, a fan of Metallica is a friend of mine. Well I'm friends with anyone really but you know... I don't know what I'm talking about. Just comment if your a Metallica fan, or comment if there's any Heavy metal bands you reccomend people to listen to.
I love'em, they're my favourite band. James Hetfield rocks, he seems like a nice guy. My fave album is either Master of Puppets or Ride the Lightning, my fave song is either Creeping Death, Battery, Master of Puppets or Shortest Straw, but it tends to change a lot.
Their first two albums we're probably their only "thrash" related content. They are the basis for what "Heavy Metal" is now days, if you don't know that then you must be really young.
My opinion of them... I don't give them as much crap as most people do, but Lars is a straight up dick..
i like metallica alot and bands that are somewhat like themi and note that i said somewhat are avenged sevenfold, bullets for my valentine, black sabbath, and i like hawthorne heights when they were scremo sorry if i got off topic
