What to do: 1. The target are the major cities around the globe. 2. Anybody can attack. These who want to be a defender must say it. 3. The main target is THE CITY. You can kill each other but the main target is the city.

I plant just enough bombs to sink the first floor of the town hall. I send some spies, too, to enrage the militia and grab intel about the weapons there
