I thought I'd make a thread concerning the actual bill, and link the entire bill right into the OP. It's not super new news, but I still see it in the news, and thought I'd read the bill. You can find it here.

Don't worry, it is a very readable length. 19 pages, with key information on the first four or five pages.
My favorite parts are as follows: Page 1, lines 34-37 and Page 7, lines 41-43.
