for some reason, starting a week ago, whenever i go around the armorgames forums my avira antivirus thingy pops up and tells me it's detected TWO infected virus on certain webpages around the AG forums, then it gives me a list of options of what to do with the virus. (ie: quarantine, block, destroy, allow acces etc. etc.) sometimes this happens, sometimes it doesn't, but it's annoying!! does anyone else have this problem?
again i agree windows programs have holes big enuff to drive a truck thru but really how did the computer get malware, i only used to goto ag but now i have to goto andkon addictinggames and others, completely unfun
I was at my friend's house (this is him http://armorgames.com/user/2007839) about a month ago, we were both on AG, and all of the sudden the screen froze. It totally stopped. We had to get a maintenance person, and I had to pay his dad $50 for the problem. I think AG might have a virus. Also, when I first went on Armor Games, it said my computer had a virus. My security center stopped it, but i'm not sure what it was.
@201 I think it was something else, because I've been using AG for almost two years now, and I've never had a problem with it. Are you sure it wasn't just a trojan, that was piggy-backing until it was ready?
AG doesn't have any viruses within itself. A site this large would be shut down in seconds, and that is very bad for business. A million people come here every day. Leave that to you imagination.
The ads I can't speak for, but most of them are probably semi-safe. But ads are never completely safe.
