Hey , I am posting great ways to be fit. 1. eat 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of veggies a day.Why? To gwet some vitamins in you.(or just eat fruit if you don't like veggies)
2. Walk the dog / go for a run or walk every day. Why? Get the blood pumping & Oxygen moving around your body. (Also to prevent Heart Problems)
3. Exercise half an hour to an hour a day.(Same Reason As Number 2)
4. Drink Water.To keep hydrated. Also to keep urination going & bowel movements going. (Why Urination & Bowel Movements You ask?? because that gets rid of waste also known as Toxins out of your body)

Hmm. I seem to be doing a lot of opposites i don't have a lot of sleep i drink a lot of energy-drinks(caffeine) I rarely drink water. i don't eat a lot of vegetables but i do eat a lot of fruit, and exercise a lot. Also, i have LOADS of meat... lol.

If you're going to run everyday, you need good running shoes. I just went on a relatively short run, but I was wearing some cheap hiking shoes and now I'm limping.
Get your sleep. How is it... 8 hours min/max, more sleep will make you ill, less will make you ill as well, but not as much.
They say it's 10 min/max.... I sleep around 7. ---- Another tip can be NOT to drink to much of one thing, instead eat as "balanced" as you can. Also, why did you add the "walk the dog" thing? Most people doesn't own dogs.. Only 70 million people have dogs as pets... I think. That's about 1% of the world that owns dogs. But let's not get off-topic...
Yet another tip would be to listen to the "experts" which say that you should eat 6 times a day. I eat 2, and I'm perfectly healthy.. Not really.
