I've recently done some researching My Source and found that the starter weapons are either the best or just as good at the other weapons of the kit! my new favorite engineer class is the 9A-91 with red dot and magnum. it can be used as an assault or an anti armor. the AEK is as strong as the m16, has the same fire rate and EVERYTHING but a bit more kickback. firing in bursts of three, so basically tapping the trigger seams like it would be a beast. the PKM though, i havnt gotten to using that yet. i think using the med-H and L would work or using magnum ammo and/or med-H/red dot but its sights are pretty good. like the saw though, the kick sortof messes them up. and the m24 is my favorite sniper just because its beast =]
