I really think that walkthroughs should have more AP. I mean if you post a simple one-liner in the tavern you get 1 AP
But if you posted a complex two-paragraph long walktrough, you also get 1 AP
I think that there should be some kind of rating system. For example a walkthrough that has 10 as its rating, you will have 10 Ap, and if 9, 9 AP and etc.
1. Suggestions. 2. Common suggestions: What not to suggest: New ways to gain AP. 3. Has already been suggested. 4. What about the 6 paragraph long posts in the WEPR? 5. Not all walkthroughs are done entirely by one person. Many seem to think posting links to other's is okay. What does a video walkthrough count as? 6. I don't see this work. Pretty much why the up-vote and referral system are gone. People get their friends to help them by cheating. 7. The rating system of the games is flawed. Why shouldn't this be?
4. What about the 6 paragraph long posts in the WEPR?
Those are things about the world. People just tend to ask questions there or explain something. Walkthroughs are something that is worked hard for.(since if you played the game once and decided to make a walkthrough, You will have to play it again, if you want your walkthrough to be good.)
If you are going like that, then walkthroughs are just explanations too. Many people think hard about what they want to write, how to communicate their thoughts and finding references. It is not just chit chatting, it is discussion, arguments and build up opinions.
For another. What about the 10 paragraph long stories in the AMW?
