Not sure. I enjoyed elements in Daggerfall (the second one) like the methods of controlling your character in combat and the gameplay was incredibly enjoyable. Maybe they could remake that interactive combat in TES5, it would make the game a lot faster, since currently you have to run it through DOSBOX which makes it slooooow.
Also there are three things in Oblivion that kind of ruined it for me: dumbing-down the levelling system for consoles (i.e monsters level up when you level up), cities being in their own universes, completely killed off flight spells and finally, make the world look more like Morrowind or Shivering Isles, in Oblivion it's just earthly forests and towns and creatures, in the older games there are massive forests of mushrooms, galalxies in the sky, diverse villages which really made it feel more of a fantasy game than a Medieval one.
Take them three things out of TESV and it will already be good. Take the elements from Daggerfall and Morrowind and put them into TESV - it will be legendary.
Has anyone heard of a release date for TESV? I hope it will be sometime this year. But I want it to be like a mix of Morrowind and Oblivion. They were both great games and if you combined the best elements of both of them you would create an amazing game.
I was lurking through Google looking for the next release, and apparently they're gonna make an MMORPG out of Elder Scrolls. Then there's gonna be either Elder Scrolls V Skyrim or Elder Scrolls V Shadow Realm. I look forward to Skyrim.

If I'm not mistaken, those were unconfirmed reports that Bethesda would make an Elder Scrolls MMO. Nevertheless, I've never really enjoyed MMO's and the Elder Scrolls had set its standard as one of the finest single-player RPG's and I'd like if it were to remain that way.
I'm desperately anticipating some news on TESV in E3, this year.
