Actually, for kart racers, I'm probably gonna have to go with the new Modnation Racers. The new mario kart puts up a strong fight, but Modnation is just ridiculously fun. The track creation system is easy compared to the level building of little big planet, the game play is solid, and the user generated content seals the deal.

(Thanks for a good format Elitemagical)
Keep in mind it's only from what i've played, as well as mostly on xbox.
No text based adventures . . . Text based adventures are awesome. I've played so many mid 80s to early 90s text based adventures and also seen a hell of a lot of 80s pixelated graphics (Whinnie the Pooh in 1985 had pictures! :O). Turn-based strategies are largely underrated (or unheard of) by the console community.
KillZone 2, apparently. Never played KillZone and I don't plan to. Doesn't look that interesting. But I do agree with him, Modern Warfare 2 is horrible. I've got about 400 hours of game time and simply fed up of it.
FPS: Unreal Tournament '99 Action/Adventure: TES III Morrowind(Really could not decide, based on the definition though) Third Person Shooter: GTA San Andreas(I'm a big fan of its SA:MP mod and its modding community) Party-Based RPG: First-person RPG: TES III Morrowind Horror: Left 4 Dead(have not played many in this genre) Real-time strategy: Age of Mythology Text-based Adventure: Does D&D count? I don't play many of these games. Turn-based Strategy: Pokemon Blue (Don't care if you judge me :'| ) Platformer: SSB(Yes, it counts) Card game: Party Game: Racing game: GTA is the closest thing to racing I do in a game
FPS (non-vehicle based): MW2 FPS (vehicle inclusive): Bad Company 2 TPS: Gears 2 FPRPG: Oblivion or Fallout 3 (New Vegas in the Fall) TPRPG (*): Mass Effect/Mass Effect 2 (**) Action (Sandbox): Prototype or Crackdown (Crackdown 2 in July) Action (Linear): Splinter Cell: Conviction Puzzle: Peggle/Tetris
*Not including the 3rd Person options from Oblivion and Fallout 3 **I have to split it down the middle because I enjoyed the classic-RPG feel from Mass Effect 1, with the inventory and various weapons, etc, as opposed to the new, streamlined ME2 with only 3 or 4 of every type except the new Heavy Weapons, of which there was about 7.
