I'm not sure whether Activision is ruining the Call of Duty games or if they really did fire half the team because of this mess of a game.
Whether or not Activison fired Vince and the other guy for that reason or not, that would be far from a legitimate reason - in most people's eyes: $1B > a few rant-filled forums. And most of the team weren't fired.
A FEW? Every forum I've been on, including AG, has mostly negative comments on Mw2.
1B > every forum on the internet ranting because you can ignore the ranters. Looks like Infinity Ward's current strategy: ignore all the constructive criticism and everything hinting at how to improve the game, churn out more useless maps, get more money from everyone who loves getting frustrated beyond their wildest dreams, repeat the procedure etc.
They should go back to what they did with COD 1: longer campaign, nicer storyline, more difficult gameplay, more interesting missions, remove all the annoying cinematic cutscenes, dedicated servers. The list goes on.
Nope I play on Ps3. My laptop has an ATI graphics card so it might be able to run Mw2, but I wouldn't want to pay for the game again. I wouldn't want to pay for ANY game a second time, especially Mw2. My frustration that I have with it on Ps3 would be at least tripled because of the lack of dedicated servers as well as more hackers.
