No is not. Studies show that healthiness is the races go in this order:Blacks, then whites, then Hispanics, then Asians. These are because of the general diet of said races.
But can you eat it all of the time? I think not. Have you ever seen the movie "Supersize Me"? Watch it if you have not. It is very insightful to the eating habits of the average American.
I eat more than my fair share of "unhealthy" foods, everyday in each meal in fact. I do however eat some "healthy" foods. Yet I am very healthy and fairly fit. The reason I put "" around unhealthy and healthy is because those words have no true meaning. They are used when describing general rules of health that don't work for everyone. And in case you are wondering, I am one of those people who doesn't follow/or need to follow those general "rules".
Yes I have seen SuperSize Me, it was disgusting but I find McDonalds to be disgusting so thats probably why.
Ahh - I enjoy This Is Why You're Fat, if only because it catalogues and confirms my suspicion about 3AM syndrome. I beleive that foods like this seem like a good idea around 3AM, after a few too many drinks and when the bars kick you out.
