So there's this well-known user, and recently i've stumbled upon this comment.

He put a link on this comment he made, and when i clicked on it, it was pornography.

I have his name and video footage of him doing it.

Can you get banned for this?

i think his name is jht something.
I need to checK (can't right now because i need to go to sleep and my dad's right there so i dont want him to see porn lol...)

Linking to inappropriate content, advertising, and spamming.

Give me a link to the user. Linking to pornography is not only a banable offence. It can get you permanently removed from the side, if it isn't the only thing they have done.
Same goes with spam-advertisement in the gamecomments. Report with a link to the game(page as well), and the name.
