I've combed the Newcomers Forum thoroughly and they don't have the benefit of Cenere's definition of evidence linked any where. I think this would be very helpful since it seems the spammers are coming out of the woodwork recently. Please, forgive me if this has been suggested but I haven't located a previous thread on this topic.
This is probably one of the few things that hasn't been suggested yet. The evidence thread was actually meant as a call out/temporary sticky because there was a lot of people who would report spam or flaming that wasn't there, or assume that a report with a name would lead us directly to the page where the person had spammed. I will do something about it later, I guess. Hopefully this will be a clear section in the new stickies.
