to get the title trasher medal look in the upperright corner of the screen and click it then foolow the instructions
to get beat the game and speed runer just play shifted for a long time in below 5 minutes
to get teh trophey go to the last level of the game and choose a door

before the snakepit room, there is a room with 'your trophy is in the next room'. Go to the left a little - and follow it from there.
