There is no chat room. No official one anyway. And you can only find other users through your own wit. E.G.: Seeing them in the forums and clicking on their names.
No chat , to talk with other users talk via the messenger. (comment box on users profile) If you want to privately message someone there is Skype,MSN,Facebook , etc.
Some more information, there used to be official Armor Games chatrooms on Meebo, and they were linked from this site. However, they were taken down due to abuse.
