On stage 20 go backwards off the stage but toward the sign.

This is irking me.... I checked, double checked, triple checked. I can't find any flag I missed. Any way for me to see which level I'm missing the sign for? I must be blind because I can look exactly where they're supposed to be and not see them..

Go outside the level to the left and then to the right underneath, in the pictures the blackness is outside the level.
