Intro: Can someone create me a flash game. I am not able to pay cash for it, since I have no way of getting it to you, but if you want to do it for other sites currency (I will list below) we can talk something out.
Idea for Game: The game doesn't have to be complicated or perfect pixels, no, heck, you can even add your artistic view on things (talk to me about limits). Well the basic idea is for a game to be about a thief. Yes! I love thieves, pirates, assassins, and the such. I would really put up with anything, but it would make it even better if there was a girl as the main character! That is rare! Also if you want to teach me how to make games, and what I require, that would be amazing.

* Now see I am new to the forums, so I don't know if this is the right place, or if we can talk about it, so please don't get mean.
You can't go around asking for people to make you games. It's a horrendously long shot, but if you want help go ask around websites and to flash developers themselves. Go to them, do not expect them to come here.
See this is the thing. You have nothing to offer but an idea, you could of made it on the spot, while the developers have to spend hours each day staring at a computer screen and seeing how boring it is. If you ask any developer (even just a starter) they will tell you that you better think a bit more. Even I, who used Game maker at one point, think it is hard, I have seen someone create a game in 2 days, and it was the simplest game I have seen, it was a CYOA, and you did nothing but click. That's 2 days worth, now think of a good game, and think of the artist, you have to be perfect, you can't leave a pixel in the wrong spot, or you die if you go into a certain spot.
If you really want to, make a game on game maker.
Go to yoyo games and try it. I swear, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE.
But if you really want to do what knight said. Maybe you can learn a bit of code yourself, music or drawing would make the developers job much easier. And you get credit. Maybe ask one of your friends to start coding, and you can help. These are just ideas, but don't expect a professional developer to make your game. Maybe a junior developer would be perfect.
And I think this will get more results in the programming section.
You really can't make a game out of what you wrote: It has to be about a theif/assasin etc.
Also you should know that making a game is not so easy, but to learn ActionScript and flash I recommend Lynda.com tutorials and the book Learning ActionScript 3.0.
I've played some good Game Maker games, but it's such a limited platform, that Flash is much better. If you want to have a game for yourself, make it. Almost no one would make one for you. Unless you have a developer for a best friend or someone like that.

You are an orphan thief who was raised by herself, the gameplay is simple, to the players eyes, it's a clicking game. You need to find precious items to unlock the jackpot (jewelry, money, anything), but the thing is you also have: Binoculars: Spy on people and gain intel, sounds too much army-like I know, but here's a random situation: Girl: "Hai I need to leave my keys with you this week, my brother will be gone and I am on holiday, can you borrow them for me?" Friend: "Ofcourse <name>, I'll make sure it's safe and ready to use for you by next week!"
Rob the key, hijack the house. Done Ish... It will be a harder find mission because of them going away, more stashed-away items and such. But, you know.
Also another mechanic could be the noise making, where you click something, you head over to it, but you might mess up and slip a plate, smash, "Huh?!" YOU GOTTA RUN!
Oh and quick question - I am currently using the Unreal Development Kit (Used in Gears of War 1 and 2, the previous version was used for many, many Splinter Cells) and I would like to know, what's harder? UDK or the Game Maker?
