I played a game the other day and I cant find it now, as was hoping someone from the community would recognize the description:
It's one of the those wave type games - this one is with balloons. The Balloons, from tiny gray ones to really huge white zeppelin type balloons, scroll left to right on the screen.
You have a bunch of different upgrades you can place on the ground; stuff like AA guns, missile launchers, etc. You also get to place buildings and such to help you out. The weapon you control though, is a howitzer-type weapon that you can upgrade via another screen.
Besides those weapons you also have the option to send in one of 3 special attacks: one of them is a bunch of planes that come and strafe the ballons; another is a special attack that sends artillery shells from right to left attacking the balloons/zeppelins; the third attack I forget what it is
