Yes. It is disruptive to read, and is rather annoying to look at. Same reason we don't want people do SHOUT EVERYWHERE LIKE THIS. Caps is not a cruise control, bold and italic is not a way to get noticed. If people don't read your posts, it's because they don't care. The people you want to be your friends will care, and thus also read your posts. So please, do not do that.
