I have to go with AC/DC. Too much is good, and they've been going strong for over 30 years. They have been not doing too well in recent memory though. Last two albums weren't too great.
AC/DC. They're both legends man, but AC/DC has the longer discography, and has remained together during trials, something I can't say for Guns N' Roses. Sure, they're back together, but GNR isn't real GNR without Slash.
Guns 'n Roses lost my respect when Axl started going crazy and decided to crash the band because of his view on things... they made great music in the 90's, don't get me wrong, but that stupid rampage causing the band to fall apart was the last straw for me... sorry...
Guns N' Roses are quite good, but I find some of their songs a bit boring and repetitive. AC/DC have a unique sound and style, which I like, therefore I have to say that i prefer AC/DC.
Dude if your looking for great rock? Listen to Elvis Presley! Jailhouse rock will kick ACDC and Guns and roses A. Though between them I would choose ACDC
I can't call it in this one. Too damn close. AC/DC definitely had a longer run of it, but GnR had much more variance in their music and produced a wider variety of rock.

I'm obsessed with AC/DC. Not even kidding. I've got every album and every box set and almost every DVD. They're getting kind of stale to me now but they've had two great lead singers. Their two guitarists have been there since their beginning. The also have one of the best selling albums of all time, and then a bunch of underrated songs, which make them underrated. I consider them the greatest band of all time.

I prefer Guns N Roses, suits me more, I don't mind AC/DC but I can't say I like them. I really like Paradise City by Guns N Roses too my favourite song by them, well if this is a poll/voting thing my vote is to Guns N Roses.
Guns n' Roses gets my vote. The vocalists for AC/DC over the years have all been a bit irritating to me, and even though Axl Rose is an egomaniac, I still feel that I can relate to his songs on a minor level. I respect AC/DC fans, though. They've got a solid list of hits spanning several years.
