Glee?? Serious? It's alright apart from the singing . I only have watched a few episodes as I don't want to watch any more. I am not really into musicals.
Only one friend of mine watches glee. He also is a big fan of Fall Out Boy.

ya serious its funny as shit. and theres nothing wrong with the singing, the main girl is absolutly amazing. good show that can be serious funny and intellectual at the same time.
and also NPH had a camio appearance so that automatically made it awesome
I don't particularly like telling certain crowds, but Glee is one of my favorite shows. Then again, I love musicals with a burning passion.
I've seen my fair share of musicals, but it really irks me to think that future generations will credit this show with the songs that are performed on it, instead of the original musicians. That's really my only problem with the show. From what I've seen, its got some good writing (the guy who wrote Nip/Tuck, I believe) and the singers do a decent job, although I've heard rumors of generous use of Auto-tune...
That's true. I heavily advocate watching the original sources of Glee songs, but I also think it's funny. I think they might use Auto-Tune, but for some reason it's not enough for me to never watch again.
Personally I don't have a problem with Auto-tune. Music and television are all about presentation and selling yourself, so you might as well sound your best, heh.
