I pop my knuckles, fingers, and, neck alot and was wondering if this was dangerous or if theres a possability that it will make my bones weaker or make my bones more susepctable to break?
Even if there's a loss of grip.. I doubt it's anything drastic.
It isn't drastic, certainly, but I had to deal with immense problem while writing my 8's and 2's (and certain alphabets) since my index finger would get jittery.
Your fingers are better left the way they are rather than "oping" them.
I seriously don't know if I have a proper problem or not.
A doctor will tell you whether it's a problem or not, your aching hands might be a sign of something else.
As for the "consequences" of cracking your knuckles, I really doubt they'd be that serious, probably barely even noticeable even in the long run. People are just annoyed by the sound, that's pretty much it. It'll hurt you more socially than physically.
I heard there is a bigger chance you might get arthritis when you are older. But other than that... *cracks knuckles* I don't think anything is wrong with it.
From what I've researched being a person who cracks his knuckles, neck, toes, etc. and so far there has been no evidence of it leading to arthritis or any huge damage except for grip loss which isn't that heavy.

Lol its not going to fatally hurt you, it is a habit for me to "op" them, I dont know how you can stand not to pop them, my mine get so tense its like i cant move them at top speed, or like ive been in the cold all day. The feeling after popping them could be a sort of addiction for me maybe.
