Games are added to the lists of games by category before they are put on the front page. (Tower of Doom is now on the front page.)
Legend of Kupapa was already up there but got taken down.
There are games that aren't featured on the front page when they are new most likely because there isn't a whole lot of room to put every single new game there while maintaining a list of new games that are more highly rated.
