I see lots of people on AG say it's bad but it's not. Those who have said this probably suck online , A Halo fan or really have'nt played it.
You see I want to know how many people think it's bad. I personally don't think it's bad . All the people who do obviously have'nt played online , special ops or the campaign.
You got to actually try every bit of the game before saying it's bad.
O_o double whammy. racist, and off-topic. and yes, ice can be 'black'. Have you heard of when it snows, there are little pieces of ice that you cant see very well. that causes wrecks. ok, i say, NOTHING. (answering OP) haha, jk, but still, its really an awesome game. ;]
MW2 singleplayer was the most predictable and cliche storyline ever. It's like they tried to put a twist in every mission.
CoD4 singleplayer was great because the missions made sense. Like, the mission to take the TV station where they thought the badguy was broadcasting from. Yes, it included killing hoards of insurgents in the streets, that is expected, the twist, oh no, they were secretly broadcasting from some secret bunker way out in nowhere. That's a good twist since it's actually believable.
Plus, the MW2 campaign doesn't even tell you what happens to the russian insurgents that you were fighting half the game.
BC2 singleplayer I admit wasn't incredible, it was good, not as good as CoD:4's singleplayer, but on equal terms with MW2's in my opinion. BC2 multiplayer actual takes skill and teamwork. In MW2, one good player can win with a team of noobs, in BC2, hell no, never happening.
Nukes are really the only annoying thing now in MW2. They were so cool at first, but now people get one like every game and it makes it end early, there just annoying now. I only got 10 nukes for the emblem then I stopped because I wasn't getting as much XP as I would have if I played the match normally and not the Campish-Trying-To-Get-A-Nuke way.
Bad things about MW2 : 1. Boosters (Those who have no skill boost) 2. Hackers (Again People with no skill hack) 3. Noob Tubers (For noobs who suck at MW2) 4. Campers (Noobs that have no skill) 5. Weapons that Require No skill 6. Lag
That's everything I noticed that was bad about MW2 other than that it's fine.

I loved the campaign, only problem is the blind patrol in the first snowy mission, I mean seriously, you ambush them when you stand directly above them behind nothing ?
it happens less in other games but hey, you want me to point out all your flaws? you have mustard on your shirt. see? didnt feel good did it?
Actually a bird pooped on me a while back, nor did it prove your point because: Games with a few flaws I have no problem with, but when the people, weapons and mechanics are all flawed (weapons and people in particular) it just becomes more like work.
BFBC2 Also done the same 1-hit-1-kill mechanic with knife which I don't have a problem with because if they had made another mechanic it would've been much too hard (or insanely awesome, I don't know). But other than that, everything was done perfectly (Hardcore was more realistic, so I went with that).

That's most of the reasons why Modern Warfare 2 is bad. Commando, too. All of these things are so game-breaking. It's also a lot of reasons why a game is bad.
Also, here's a little story: One of my best friends has been a big Call of Duty player since CoD 2, and he played CoD so much. He liked every CoD game from 2 to World at War. He was considered a CoD guru and expert. He had a lot of playing time on Call of Duty 4 and he played it like it was a drug. Same with World at War. When Modern Warfare 2 came out, he started to like it, like everyone else. He even bought an Xbox and Mw2 on it, so he had it on PS3 and 360. But then he started to hate it. So much, that he quit Call of Duty for good. He's even close to quitting video games for good, except for Fallout. So me and Kirby have similar stories about friends who were affected by Mw2.
It is NOT a good game. Robert Bowling can patch whatever he wants to patch, but there are things that aren't even being exploited as much that are game-breaking. Burst Fire guns, the UMP, the Spas, underpowered Sniper Rifles.

You are right. Some Servers have like 3 hackers , but people dont see they are hackers cuz they get 5 kills and turn it off . or sumthin` And they get like 69 kills using hacks and then the last kill they get nukes :P
*ahem*, like i said, usually, people are just tryin to master weapons, i noob toob also, cuz im good at it. But, i only do it to get the shotgun. usually, they would have killed you anyway. one time, my cousin was walking down the hallway in Skidrow, and he got n00b toobed. watched the killcam, the guy was aiming at him, then pulled out his noob toob, and killed him. i hate random nades at the beginning. i've only done it once, and i got first blood... lol, (hippocritical much?) i dont like campers with ninja. cold-blooded. and scavenger. with like, Scar-H FMJ, and G18 akimbo. that SUX! lol.
