I think they should too, because i mostly play tower defense games.

They will probably add this in AG 3.0. The new AG 3.0 is going to have loads of new things and a new look too.

I do not think tower defense should get its own genre. Instead it should be put in some sort of subgenre or something.

I believe revamping that categories system would be nice. AG 3.0.

AG 3.0's ETA is unknown. Don't hope for when it comes out and you'll be fine. Just prepare suggestions and give them when needed.

Mmmmh, this is probably the most suggested genre feature...

Though there are quite a few tower defense games now on AG, there aren't enough to make a whole genre on them (The genres contain about 150 games each). Plus, TD games fit very nicely into Strategy.

I think that they should have more games in the Popular games catagory in AG 3.0. Just sayin....

Instead of real categories, some tags would be nice so TD could be tagged as strategy games and TD ^^
It could be nice for other type of games such as RPG in adventure games etc.

nah, not enough TD games, yea, there are a lot, but still... i like it how it is, it fits fine in strategy, and theres a button, a big button on the home page! ;P

You probably already know but: Those are game tags, and aren't too accurate. For example, type in 'Free Rider 2' and you get over a hundred hits, which is very annoying.
