What exactly is this AG 3.0 going to feature? I know there is apparently a new look. But what other features can you tell us about so we can get even more excited about it?
I don't have 1,000+ posts, but I know that all of you see me around ALOT in the AMW and now I'm going to alotta other forums too. I hope I would be picked for beta testing... That would be awesome. But, Wouldn't we have to completely restart for like rank 1, 0 ap? cuz that would SUCK. Do you know how long I've been here to get to this level?! 3 MONTHS MAN. But I played on the site since 08 I just recently decided to make an account. and I love the layout of this site, I don't want it to change drastically.
I wouldn't mind being one, but I wouldn't mind being none either.
They'd probably give the regulars more preference than anyone else, because at least we've shown some amount of dedication to AG.

So, the armorpoints and everything are that important to you? Well, I suppose I like this armatar, and you need a few thousand AP to get it, but besides that, I wouldn't mind. That would atleast fix my rank/post amount.
whatabout those who were beta testers for THIS AG that we know now?
Those users are pretty much only Nemo, Mrtim, and Ryan. The others have long left. Why do we want ghost accounts as beta testers, lol?
Guys, stop talking about getting picked for beta testing. If this were done in a respectable way, like getting picked for a mod (The honor of such a thing is almost as great), people who ask before hand, will most likely not get chosen.
As knight pointed out, it will most likely be a long, long, long time before beta testing is done. They just told us about the new site to tease us and get us hooked.
Images of the AG 3.0 logo were originally shown along with job hiring advertisements put on the blog, several months ago. The first real hint that AG 3.0 is being work on came when Larry hinted to it in his interview. There has not been an official announcement yet.

I can see the next one taking about 6 months to a year at most. They aren't completely designing a new internet code, and without any delays it shouldn't take longer than that.
Who told you they aren't radically redesigning the site? I hear that AG is undergoing a change in its brand and stuff, including the beloved logo. *clink*

Who knows? I believe it has been suggested that the site will undergo more of a transformation, compared to a mere update. Something that would either modify the code heavily, or require a redesign from scratch.
eh, AP and that dont mean that much to me, but I set a goal to make gold queen before 1 years time, and I plan to accomplish that goal. I like this ag. but if there was a new one, i would wanna be a beta tester for it.
