Nice spam. Armor Points are just a way of recording how active you are as a community member. More forum posts, game reviews, game ratings will all result in additional Armor Points. As you gain more points, your advance through various ranks (at the moment you're an Iron Serf and I'm a Wooden Knight) and this is just a loose measurement to determine how long you've been here and how much discussion you engage in. Also, at various milestones you unlock new armatars (which is a play on avatar. As you see my armatar is a grinning dude, whilst yours is the blank one people start off with).

Armor Points are not a reason to spam (i.e make dumb threads like this, where you've put one character in the body of the thread, contained the question in the title and haven't bothered to read the provided stickies). AP should be a measurement of how long you've been around how much you contribute intelligently to the community. If you spam (either by putting stupid questions, not entering a sufficient amount of characters, use bad grammar and spelling, make duplicate threads etc.) you risk being banned, do not start doing stupid things to muster AP, just let it come with time.
