Um, then switch to another browser?Since there aren't many tech fellows here who can explain this adequately, I suggest you download another browser and install it. My person suggestions would be Firefox or Chrome.
Try going here and then either re-downloading the file or searching the site for help. If this doesn't work go here and download a new browser. Good luck mate.
