You are wrong.

Sigs are annoying, take up space, make the page lag, distract from posts, and are extremely annoying.

The answer is no.

About half the users would dislike a sig.

This is quite true, although. I would like sigs if there was a size limit to them. And you couldn't put pictures.

But seriously if you want a sig all you have to do is make some lines like this after a post...

This is number 6 under forums in the Common suggestions sticky. I recommend reading it before posting suggestions.

They also allow people to post random things in their forum posts more often. You'd be surprised how few people actually use it the way it's supposed to.
