First of all, feedback is what the users and think about something, E.g. what should be changed, etc, etc. AG, I'm guessing, is busy and doesn't have time to reply to all feedback, but from what your saying.. you sent them an idea for the "theme", right? Well tons of people probably do and they don't have time to read them all. It's not that they don't pay attention, because they do. New things are made using lots of feedback so the users of that game/website enjoy it more.
They don't have the time to keep replying people. If they would have to reply everyone, being a mod required to be a 24/7 job... I don't think the mods would want to do that, for emails which basicly only excist of a thank you, or a why not or anything.
Give us what you submitted to them please. We need to take a look at what you sent them, for us to be able to understand. If you don't, I will completely ignore this thread.
