I downloaded it, but it lags WAY tooo much for me to play and I suck at it with all the lag.

I wish I could play, does anyone know how to reduce the lag?

Better Internet connection? I suck at Combat Arms because I get hackers in my games most of the time.

I have good internet connection, it's just the browser game takes intense lag to move, etc, and it freezes very often.

i used to play alot every day about 1 year ago.
i had a 2.36kdr, etc.
but then i got addicted to DotA.

I have good internet connection, it's just the browser game takes intense lag to move, etc, and it freezes very often.


How long has it been since you have last played it? They have updated it just recently.

Because my computer lags on those kind of games, and I don't think that senseless murder on computer games is fun. I think that senseless murder on the xbox 360 (modern warfare) is awesome though!

Yeah , Combat Arms is'nt the greatest but I just play it to kill time.

Yeah, a lot of people do. I don't think it's completely retarded or anything, i just dont like it.

It's opposite for me, I have to kill time while playing it because it consistently freezes, and I'm only playing about 25% of the time.

DotA (Defence of the Ancients) is a game on WarCrast 3.
it is played worldwide has monthly tournaments, etc. is the most played game on Battle.NET, i believe.
you can find vids on youtube.

newer standalone versions of the game have been made:

HoN (heroes of Newerth) is excellent, i have played it and is very addictive and is played worldwide with lots of stats comparison and ladders. but you have to pay for it.

LoL (League of Legends) is still free, i believe, i have not played it yet, but is mad by the original creators of DotA.
