the glitch would be that there is no bottom of the list because it was cut off.

it looks to me as if you have the option to scroll down or to the sides however

most likely you or somebody else changed your screen setting and made it 800 x 600 or summin :P

He is using Google chrome.
It says (No AP) on the Newcomers Forum.

Nah It's okay it's fixed ... I closed then opened Chrome again and It was back to normal.
