If you do not like Rock, Metal, or anything Hardcore then I suggest leaving right now because I don't want comments just saying "This music sucks". "These bands are horrible you can't even hear what there saying", things like that.

Now this is what I'm going to do, First I'm going to explain what a "Breakdown" is.

In popular music, a break is an instrumental or percussion section or interlude during a song derived from or related to stop-time â" being a "break" from the main parts of the song or piece.
