Finally, someone makes a thread about a good COD game. ._.

I lost £29.99 though. COD 4 runs an anti-cheat software called PunkBuster (if you didn't already know) and when I bought this game it continuously threw an error whenever I tried to join a server with the software enabled. I updated PunkBuster and now it just kicks me whenever I get a kill saying I'm using unrecognised software or drivers. :|

However, speaking of COD 4, I'm getting a bit nostalgic - remembering playing it at my friends and whatnot. I'll try to get it working tonight.

I always liked G3C6 (or whatever it's called, it seemed like the Vector of MW1) and the Desert Eagle. How did you get a Golden Desert Eagle, by the way?

you get it by finishing ALL the challenges for weapons
My fav weapon is the G3 with a Sniper (any)
but Hardcore mode is better for me :P

Aw the days before MW2, so great, no nukes, way less campers, and better weapons.

But honestly, I've never played it.

I played this game for like 3 hours today. I tried no scoping with the m40 the whole time because I felt nostalgic. I had so much fun for those 3 hours. I don't want to hate on Mw2 again because I've covered almost everything, but if I were to play Mw2 for 3 hours, I would probably have to kill myself.

I actually did pretty good when no scoping. I got some cross map, and it felt awesome.

I wish I bought this game when I got my PS3 in June of 08. I'm borrowing it from a friend right now and there's really nobody online anymore.

sadly the only cod games i have ever played is mw2 and the very first cod

Also awesome how barely anyone used shotguns and yeah, G36C was the best in my opinion

cod4 is the better of the two.

i play it every now and again cause i dont like playing video games that much nowadays.

but ya im usually using an M4 red dot, an M40, a P90 silenced, an AK noob tube, and an AK red dot.

i got one of the top legit K/D's on playstation also which is cool

COD4 was really fun to play.
The only exception is that my machine shouldn't be able to play this game, so i had to play on lowest resolution and the frame rate dropped often, but i had fun playing it though.

i like g36c m4 m16 and m40a3

who cares about mw1 i know it was a good game but now theres mw2 and soon there will be blackops

I haven't played MW2 yet, and probably won't. Ever.

Anyways, I just got back to playing it recently. I like the AK red dot. It's awesome.

Is MW1 good? I've Been Thinking of getting it but I didn't get it yet.
I was wondering if anyone could gimme an opinion.
