Well, I recently posted something talking about who would win in a fight, Kratos or Dante, but then I thinking how everyone thinks Master Chief can beat Kratos, and how no body wonders who would win if it was Master Chief and Dante fought, so I decided to make this, I personally, think Kratos would be Master Chief, I don't care if Master Chief has the futuristic weapons, and gear and such, Kratos killed The Sisters of Fate,2 Titans, 8 Gods, and Hercules by the end of GOW3, as for Kratos vs. Dante, i`m not sure, Dante killed satin, and Master Chief vs. Dante, although I didn't know who would win Kratos vs. Dante, I think Dante would lose this one, Master Chiefs futuristic gear would overcome Dante in my opinon, but let me know your opinons! (:
I have not played Dante's Inferno yet but I hope too soon... but I hate to break it to you but Master Chief would beat Kratos in most situations of battle just because of the powerful long range weaopnry Chief has. Short range Kratos swords would have to get through Chief's shield and then the metal armor meanwhile Chief could have a Covenant sword and one short Kratos.
True, but keep in mind Kratos has magic abilities, to help blow through his shield, and for the long range weaponry, Kratos has The Golden Fleece to reflect it, back at Master Chief, as for the sword, Kratos can always block! (:
And Plus Kratos is the friggin` killer of gods dudes xD And plus his Chains of Olympus (YES THAT IS THE NAME OF THE SWORDS1!! NOT THE PSP GAME THE SWORDS ARE THE CHAINS OF OLYMPUS OK!?) can extend like 30 feet xD Master Chief Sux and so does Dante
Oh Dantes Inferno... it didnt say the name of what Dante you were talking about, so i presumed it was Dante from Dvil May Cry becuase hes more poplular in video games
Sensanaty, exactly the swords extend quite a ways, and yeah, by the end of GOW3, he has killed the sister of fates, 2 titans, 8 gods, and hercules, as I said in the beginning post, i`m sure kratos would win, but Dante doesn't suck that much, he killed Satin :P thats pretty good haha
Ok... 30 feet.... Halo sniper rifles can cover.... 300 yards? lol I don't think the golden fleece would be able to reflect everything that chief potentially could. Let's just call it a draw, short range going to Kratos and Chief taking the long range?
The fleece is magical, it reflects any projectile that hits it, so it could deflect anything, and as ive said, kratos has magicaly abilties able to blow through Chiefs shields, and the Chains of Olympus were given to him by a god, then he got the Blades of Athena, which were given to him by another god then in GOW3 he gets the Blades of Chaos, which were given to him by a dead Athena, that became a higher being for giving her life for Zeus who Kratos nearly killed in GOW2 but Athena took the blow. So weapons are from Gods. Yeah they could pierce Chiefs metal armor.
Ok... reflect any projectile that hits it... Then Chief can just make things explode right beside you. Does Kratos have something that stops explosions?
Bah, Master Chief wins everything. I don't care who you are or what kind of magic you have, when Chief nails you with a sticky grenade there is no escape.
Well see according to them the Golden Fleece would just make the sticky bounce off cause its a projectile. Oh wait. Wait if Cheif had a warship (human or covenant doesnt matter), could Kratos defeat that?
No, Kratos does not have something to stop explosions, but Kratos is great at dodging keep that in mind, as for the warship, kratos could use his rage special ability, that in the first GOW he gets from Zeus, in GOW2, from Gaia, in GOW3, from the high being Athena, where he causes a bunch of damage, and destruction and is nearly immune to everything.
I played Dante's inferno demo and I found it horrible, the ganeplay look exactly like spartan total warrior on the Gc. I kind of hoped you were talking to Dmc's dante...Because if it was the case he would have obviously won. In any case, and for the purpose of this thread, I'm going to say that kratos is the mightiest out of these three, since...well he's a God... He can do long range attacks, close range ones and even magic so I guess he's the most potent of them three fighters.
Exactly, he is, and hes not a full god, or is doesent specify that, it said his father was Zeus, but his mother may of been mortal, we never know, but Kratos would win, hes just too powerful
Ok.... Well you're also combining one character from three games. Granted Master Chief is from 3 games also but its all basically the same guy using the same basic weaponry, Kratos gets a much wider span of abilities and powers if you plug in all three games.
If you want to do something like that then, I would say that nobody in your competition would win because Link ( or whatever you want to call the hero in all the zelda games) would win hands down.
Kratos really doesent change, the reason I mentioned the rage from the 3 different games, is because he gets in from different people, in the 3rd one, there is a little boost, he has the blade of olympus as his rage weapon, but other than that he doesent change much, his 30 foot extension blades, magic abilities, and an amazing warrior, same dude. And lets not bring Link into this please, this is called Kratos vs. Master Chief vs. Dante, not Kratos vs. Link vs. Master Chief vs. Dante, in the end, there is no real conclusion because people have there opinions, in mine, its Kratos.
