Don't you hate it when you are gone for like 3 days and you have tried to keep up with everything in the forums and then all of the sudden you're a little confused when you get back?! I am wanting to be an active forum member, being new and all. It's so hard to keep up with things when you're away on vacation, at least in an active forum such as the Tavern or Forum Games, esp. forum games. Idk, thought i might just put that out there haha! I'm currently in Puerto Rico so internet is a little hard to find, i'm in a mcdonalds right now on my ipod haha...
I've been gone for 2 months once, because of school and stuff. It doesn't get confusing once you're used to the layout on AG. So, when I came back, I just do the stuff I usually do on AG.
haha, i suppose! I guess i'm more implying (implying?) this to more Forum Games, since those can be updated so fast and haha.
Idk, you're right though, because i was a really active member on the runescape forums, really active, and i remember leaving for vacation for one week early on and when i got back it was so confusing, but as i got more involved and knew how things sortve worked, it was easier, so i guess i should be fine after a while here on AG.
We've all been gone for a few days once or twice. It can be a bit confusing coming back, but you get reacquainted fairly fast once you see some people you know and threads you know.

Not me, though I'm not too active. What exactly do we mean by "keep up"? Get on with the latest forum trends? A whole wack of new threads? Updates on RPG's in the forums? New games? New comments? What? (This will probably affect AMW, World Events and Forum Games the most)
It's easy. its what i call SPAM!!! :P keeps you updated on everyones Opinions and where they stand on the Topics. :P and i usually only play games with a rating of 6.5 or higher :P and replay gem crafter over and over :P
Forum trends, popular threads, hearsay. That kind of stuff.
I am usually thrown of balance a bit if I miss some forum stuff. I find myself confused sometimes when I wake up in the morning and find all the activity I missed. Darn time zone differences.
Oh, and it really throws one of balance when you miss the forum's for months.
When I came back in February, it wasn't all too odd. Though some people were gone, there were new mods, new threads and people who had no idea who I was.

OMG who is this guy? I'm just kidding Knight. You're my buddy.
As for me, I've been inactive once for 2 weeks because of school and project. So when I came back, I found out there was a lot of updates and new people. So yeah.
Yeah I mean about a couple months ago I was racin with my friends to get gold kings but then I leave, then come back a couple months later and they are all god kings now!
LOLz you and your friends racing to get gold kings? Man that must be HARD. LOLz. Hey, how does it feel to be left out? It feels weird right?
Back to the topic.
3 days and you felt left out? Dude, try 3 month of staying in a hospital with a broken leg and nothing to do except reading on magazines and comics with no friends coming to say hi to you. I have been in that condition and it was BORING.
When I came back to school everyone act out normal just like I didn't exist and didn't tell me anything new. I wasted a few minutes trying to listen what they are talking about. I felt so left out and stuff. It was so irritating when no one is even talking to me except for a person though. She was one of the only one that said something about what is happening at school.
But still the upside of this is ya don't have to do any homework and get to play games...and it was still torture.
