problary the 3ds since its WAY newer but the psp would win if they would have the same generation

3DS will have 3D - note quite as good as the PSP as far as I'm aware, but still is good for the handheld - a variety of Nintendo games, be backwards compatible, keep touch screen, possibly have motion sensing implemented in some games, it will allow for full game installs onto internal memory which means no carrying of cartridges. It's going to be the best handheld ever.
