Most do most don't. What i mean is some people who have a lot of fans wanting for a sequel or a certain game would just put them on after some time of work. Then update it after time. As for the others they are usually underrated devs. I also say by that that theres some devs who are underrated and not famous but have good games which people may not play because either they think that he is underrated and does not have good games while others might not even know him or bout his games
