Most every game on this is people hack their scores to get it as high as possible, then submit. Are there any plans to prevent this from happening, or at least have someone go through the scores and clear out hackers?

There are hackers on 99% of all the highscore tables out there. I don't think many people would want to clean the table if they just pop up again, they never hurt anybody.

Yeah, the hackers are VERY annoying. I mean, I get a really high score on a game, and It'll say I didnt make the top 25 just because of hackers.

There would be no point since then they would post almost legitimate scores.

Along the same lines I would like to see something done about the people that go through and rate and comment on all the games without even playing the game or writing a more in depth response other than "nice game" or "cool". They are doing it only for the AP and it ends up with games getting unfair ratings and wastes everyone's time with sifting through comments to get a legitimate idea of what the game is like before we play it.

Instead of wasting your time sifting through the comments, why not just play it?

I do play However there are times when I like to see what other people's thoughts are. Up until recently I didn't have much time to spend online so I used player opinions to determine which games would be best for me. Now that I'm online a lot I am trying to play every game on here (yes, I have way too much free time now). However it's still irritating to see useless spam comments.

One solution for that problem, should be that all we "legit voter" go sfting the votes flagging all spam comments.
For the hacker though I have no idea.

Normally, the developer of the game can go in and clear out the hackers. And they normally do. However, they are not constantly checking it, and I would assume that once the game is getting pretty old they wouldn't police it as much anymore. But if you do find a game where the hacking situation is very obvious and numerous, your best bet is to contact the game developer.
