Easy way: Just grind with the training fights. Seriously, on heroic nothing is stopping you from leveling up to level 30 before leaving Z1, it's lame, but it works.
The point of doing heroic is to get the achievement LEGEND, which allows you to defeat the corruptor in zone 7, and also unlocks zone 6. On heroic with a biological, just go for immobilize, put it twice on your bars, and keep wound on the target. Use predator form EVERY battle. Integrity is 100% NEEDED for this rotation. Its very useful, and if you get disrupt, you can easily destroy the baron. The alcatraz is the hardest to do with this, so be ready to fight felicity a good 40 times before you get it right.
I just go brute when Im a bio though I have heard speed bio is better. For brute just put all attribute points in strength and for speed put it in the speed. And Eddy was right about the training part.

No, the point of Heroic is to get to Zone 7. Otherwise, people would just play it on Easy and laugh as their enemies died in one hit because they trained so much. Zone 7 was put there as an incentive and reward.
