not trying to be racist or anything but black girls fucking are retarded, if your black, good looking, and a good singer and dancer your automatically innocent for commiting a federal offense ie. chris brown or r-kelly. like seriously if you got beat like that, would you really forgive him just becasue he paid tribute to michael jackson.and people who say i like the artist not the man, the whole BET awards thing was just dumb with the michael jackson tribute. why would you take a wife beater (TRULY A GUY WHO BEAT THE SHIT HARD OUT OF A GIRL) and let him sing a michael jackson song, when michael jackson himself was abused and i mean ABUSED when he was growing up, like hardcore. people are fucking retarded if they think chris brown is "cool".

Google could explain much better than any one of us. Wikipedia is a good source for the most part.

First off, domestic violence is not a federal offense. Secondly, he was proven guilty and was given 5 years of probation.

You know, the funny thing is that domestic violence cases are typically tried much harsher. I myself was convicted of domestic violence.

My brother in law was living with us at the time. As a condition of him living with us was that he not have drugs in our house as we have children and don't want that around them. I found his stash of marijuana and confronted him about it.

He took a swing at me over the confrontation. I ducked under his arm, punched him in the head and pinned him to the ground until he was done trying to fight me. My wife and I told him to leave. He did so, then called the cops on me for assaulting him.

As a result I was charged with domestic violence assault and unlawful imprisonment and served 90 days in jail with 3 years of probation. This was my first criminal charge ever, and my only one to date.

This just shows that money and fame will get you off the hook, no matter the offense, and frankly infuriates me as to the loopholes and prejudice of our judicial system.

That is ridiculous! Did he at least get busted for the marijuana? You would think that in the case that

A. First offense

B. He swung first

your penalty wouldn't have been as severe.

Nope. He didn't get busted for anything. And because he never actually hit me I was technically unjustified in hitting him or restraining him. Furthermore this is an adult male Army veteran, just like myself. Not a young innocent woman as in the case of Chris Brown. It would seem to me that in a truly just legal system that men convicted of spousal or woman abuse should be punished much harsher than a situation like mine. However I don't have adoring fans, a wikipedia page dedicated to me, or millions of dollars to spend on legal fees.

I love his music.... You guys will probably hate me for saying it, but have you heard his sond Crawl? It is amazing. Now I know everyone does things that they are ashamed of, even all of you guys probably have. But since the Rich and famous get away with it, did you consider it has to be alot harder on them because EVERYONE and their freaking MOTHER knows about it the moment it happens? He kicked Rhiannas ass, yes, and now she is all black version of lady gaga, yes, but what are you going to do about it? really? I'm not a HUGE fan, I don't buy albums, or go to concerts (save for Muse) for anyone, but If they make a good song, I will be listening. And I'm not an idiot for liking his music.

However for everyone that's listening you are supporting them. Whether you are listening on the radio or the internet. The entertainment industry tracks how many listeners songs have, so by listening you are helping him make more money.

And I don't know if it's any harder for someone with money than not. What I do know is that they chose their lifestyle and their careers. Everything has it's ups and downs. If you can't handle fame, don't go into entertainment. Simple as that.

My wife has had multiple offers from artists to do duets on their albums, and offers from promoters to record, but she won't do it. She knows she doesn't want that lifestyle. She's perfectly happy going out to karaoke and doing contests and stuff like that.

If your passion is music (or anything else for that matter) you find a way to enjoy your passion without having to compromise the life you want. I'm sick of people blaming the stress of fame for their stupidity and immaturity. They chose that life, they have no one to blame but themselves.

Well you definetly came straight out with the topic.

But I think you are partly right. Sins were made to be forgiven. And he quite sinned.
