cough cough... why is the rpg here soooooo different then the rpg on other sites???? is there a rule for rpg?????

shouldn't it be something like that?
character bio: name age male or female race a pic or descripotion of the character personality(optional) background(optional)
setting is on a world where there's only littlesun like that can get through the thick clouds. a place where only a few lucky ones can servive.
rules: 1. have fun 2. u cannot kill other ppl, unless u have permistion 3. u cannot control other people's character 4. limited 3 character per person 5. no 18+ (I'm not 18+ yep XP)
what your referring to is that rpgs here are much more 3rd person than they are narrative cause-effect... i thought the same things when i first discovered the forums here ( took me bout a month lol)
