Then ignore him? Why would you pay attention to someone who annoys you? The answer I get from that question is that you want something to complain about.
I don't like his music, but I haven't met him to make a decsision on whether I hate/have a strong dislike for him.
yes, yes i do strongly dislike him, unlike most people i will openly admit i am playa hatin the guy, i mean i do me, i get mine, BUTTT i dont like him because he's doing him and gettin his, simple right?

I think the reason people dislike him is because people make a bigger deal about him then he is. At first I thought he was good. Then some people starting saying he was amazing, the best thing they've ever heard. I listened to him again and he still sounded good. He wasn't the most amazing thing I ever heard and still isn't. I have no personal dislike for him though.
