Play as ANYBODY! just put who your going to be, what house your in, and what classes you want, you can also choose quidditch!
Example: Harry Potter House: Gryffindor Classes: Potions, Divination, Care of Magical Creatures, Defense against the dark arts, Herbology, Dueling Club, Quidditch Team! (Seeker)
I start off with Obscuro, which causes a blindfold to appear over my opponent's eyes. Subsequently, I use Tarantallegra, which makes my opponent's legs dance uncontrollably.
(Also, a note, Expelliarmus and Petrificus Totalus are kind of cheating, are they not? I'd prefer not to use them, not in this battle at least. Sprite14 should just stop us when he thinks someone has won, really.)

lol. i use "Aqua Eructo" to send a large jet of water to destroy your bluebell flames and then I use Stupefy to stun you.
btu I are teleporting around you cant just hit meh....
I usse Piertotum Locomotor
to make suits of armour attackz you
I use protego to nullify your attacks and stop your teleporting by using the Anti-Dissapparating Jinx, which leaves you not able to teleport. I then use Avis to create a large flock of birds, and use Oppungo to send them at you.
Blueflame the shiat outta those birds then I activate the you cant move spell that makes you not apple to move then I disarm you with the disarn spell

Lol. Out of the corner of my almost immovable mouth I wisper, "Renervante" witch allows me to move again. Then, I use "Accio" to summon My wand back and Yell, "Expelliarmus!" Unfortunately, i put too much power behind it and knocked you out, but i feel drained of my power.
uuuuummm......have you guys seen the movies and/or read the books? first-grader cant use such spells because its the time they use spells/words ant not emotions.
you two are first-graders, how and when have you learned these spells?

The thread isn't exactly one for realism, xAyjAy. You'll notice that a few things aren't very realistic, such as the ability to take Divination, Care of Magical Creatures, Ancient Runes, etc., in your first year, when, in reality, you can only take them in your third.
However, if you imagine this game without this particular feature, it would seem somewhat dull, yes? The same applies to first-years knowing a few more advanced spells than usual.
In other words, don't question it, just go with it. ;D
Also, to answer your second question, the whole "I'm going to petrify you, then disarm you in a one-step solution!" thing is a little unfair, and it just makes things less interesting, therefore, the "Accio without a wand" was really to kind of preserve the whole purpose of the dueling initially.

Josh walks into the Gryffindor Common Room, where he is greeted by joseph. The open up the book of spells, and together they start learning a new spell, called, Reparo. At first they take all of their broken things, using the spell, and seeing if it is fixed. Now that you have learned the spell, do you want to show it off to your friends in the other houses, or Teach it to your other friends in other houses.
REWARDS!!! Show off: Go First in duels Teach: Get 2 turns in Dueling Club.
In the common room, a large cat walks out from the boys dormitory. Jack and I follow the cat untill it finally leaves the common room. Do we follow it? or do we report it?

In potions class, you find a unlabeled jar of a greenish liquid. Do you give it to snape? or do you let a small bug sip up some, and see the effects?
REWARDS: Turn in: 30 points to slytherin Bug Drink: Get one vile of transformation potion, (turn into anything you want, like an advanced polyjuice potion)
In Herbology class, a large, spiky, plant goes out of hand and keeps on cutting students and eventually grabs one student by the neck and begins to strangle it. Do you save the boy, or go tell Proffesor Sprout?
REWARDS: Save: 60 points to Hufflepuff tell sprout: A scroll that contains a spell that can repel all dark and evil plants and or people. Very useful!
KnockoutSloth, the Gryffindor challenge was listed at the top of page six. It is identical to the other house challenges save for the fact that it does not bear the anecdote "Gryffindor Challenge!" at the top. You chose to show off, and in turn, you get to go first in duels, remember?
In response to the Slytherin challenge, I'd try the effects on a small bug, however, only if I could turn the potion into twenty-four hours worth of Felix Felicis. Otherwise, I'll take the 30 points, considering no one ever wants to be a Slytherin. :[
