Pretty much. In all honesty, I'd probably read the Daily Prophet, for some ACTUALLY relevant news, however, it's always good to have The Quibbler on hand, just in case, you know, some knargels decide to attack. Who's going to know how to protect themselves? Me.
The Quibbler has Xenophilius Lovegood, and the Daily Prophet has Rita Skeeter. There's an unusual person on one side and a liar on the other... sort of strange, isn't it?
